Abstract The article addresses the most basic nuances and key issues involved in high mortality of doctors, nurses, technicians nursing assistants, as a result COVID-19 Brazil. This is study based on data from Federal Councils Medicine Nursing (CFM Cofen, respectively) death inventory Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), aims to understand analyze this reality light sociology professions. work makes relevant unprecedented contribution understanding past, present future working class segments that at bedside, front line, providing direct care patients.
